Surveys take time. Detailed site note construction recording, defects observations, and following trails of evidence takes years of experience. There is no way of delivering high quality surveys without exceeding the required standards in our duty of care. We aim to be competitive, but warn in the strongest of terms, that there are no shortcuts when conducting a survey. If you receive a quote that seems too good to be true - it often is.
